I'm new to the Job Portal. How can I register on the Portal?
Please note that you require an official domain (Unique Email ID and Company's Domain) to register on the Job Portal. To register, click here

How can I search profiles for job vacancies?
Go to "Search Profile" and search the candidate from the given options according to your requirement.

How can I update my Company Profile?
Login as an Employer and click on "Company Profile". You may update your company details when required.

How do I receive Email Alerts?
You need to register as an Employer.

How can I add another user to post vacancies and shortlist candidates?
Login to the Portal and click on the "+" icon to add users as employers.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Go to the Employer Login page. Click on the "Forget Password" and follow the steps. You will be notified via an email when you will reset your password. We advise the users to save their passwords.

How can I acquire Graduate Directories?
Although all the profiles are available on the Job Portal, however, recruiters and corporate partners can request to access the graduate directories by emailing us at cdc@iba.edu.pk from their official Email IDs. Customized Credentials will be given to recruiters through which they can access, view, save, and download graduate profiles as per their requirements.

How can I schedule a recruitment drive?
Recruiters can request for a recruitment drive by accessing the Recruitment Calendar. Please follow the given link

How can I participate in the Career Fair?
The Career Fair is organized in the Spring Semester. Please email at cdc@iba.edu.pk for further queries.

How can I find more information about Experiential Learning Projects?
Please access to ELP for detailed information about Experiential Learning Projects.

What is the difference between "Saved CVs" and "Saved CVs for the Job Post(s)"?
"Saved CVs" keeps the record of the saved CVs that you wish to save for present or future job openings. "Saved CVs for the Job Post(s)" keeps the record of the CVs saved against job(s) posted on the Portal.
Student/Alumni

I'm new to the Job Portal. How can I register on the Portal?
Students can login with their ERP ID and Password.
Alumni can login with their existing Email ID and Password of Alumni website. If you do not have an alumni account, kindly register here

As an alumnus, how do i activate my Job Portal Profile?
Go to the alumni website
Login with your credentials
Go to "My Profile"
Edit "Basic Information"
Click on the field "Where are you in your job search?" and press 'Yes open to offers'
Employers can now view your profile in the job portal

As an alumnus, how do I create my profile?
You can only view your profile in the Job Portal
In order to make changes to your job portal profile, you must update all the pertinent fields in your alumni website profile
You can upload as many customized CVs as you like.

How does the IBA Job Portal works for job seekers?
Your Profile/CV can be searched by Employers. You can search and apply for various posts available on the "Active Jobs/Internships" dashboard after logging on the Portal.

Can I have multiple CVs for different jobs?
Yes, you can save multiple CVs to apply for different positions. However, you will be required to select a 'Default CV' which will be considered for the posts you'll apply to. You may change the 'Default CV' for individual post as per the job specifications..

How do I search for job adverts on the IBA Job Portal?
Use job Search filter on "Home" page. This option lets you filter the job adverts by Location and Functional area.

How do I apply for job posts?
The contact details and email address to send your CV is at the end of the job advert post.

How do I receive Email Alerts?
You need to register as a Student/Alumnus/ Alumna and login.
